William Schaefer joined Eagle:XM in 1999 as Chief Operations Officer. As the Company's Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Schaefer is directly responsible for all aspects of EagleXM's Implementation Services including Account Management, Computer Operations, Pre-Press, Printing, Mailing and Fulfillment. As an officer of the Company, he created and refined manufacturing practices and systems to position Eagle:XM to continue its superior level of client support while managing rapid growth.

With 25 years of print management experience, he has demonstrated an adept ability for reengineering manufacturing operations, particularly in a direct mail environment. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Schaefer held the position of Division Manager for Transkrit, a division of a $350 million corporation that specializes in high volume complex direct mail packages. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Schaefer held the position of Vice President of Operations for Advance Direct, previously known as BEI Graphics. While responsible for operations, Bill was able to convert Advance from a forms manufacturer to a successful direct mail operation while managing record setting growth for the company. Schaefer previously held several key management positions at other companies prior to joining Advance.

Mr. Schaefer attended Metro State College in Denver, Colorado and Trinidad State College in Trinidad, Colorado.
