Shell Watt joined Eagle:XM in 1993 as a Software Developer, where he developed unique solutions in the area of database marketing and marketing fulfillment. In the first quarter of 2005, he was promoted to his current position as Vice President of Information Technology. Under his leadership, Mr. Watt has been integral in developing the foundation of Eagle:XM's e-commerce solutions and has helped change the focus of Eagle:XM from what was primarily a database marketing and printing company, into the full-service e-commerce solution provider it is today.

Before joining Eagle:XM, Mr. Watt worked as a Programmer with Courthouse Records Incorporated, where he worked on database systems to provide tax assessor information with a database format to accommodate queries.

Mr. Watt received a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems and Bachelors of Science in Business from Columbia College in 1997.
